Support Contract are available to both, Companies and Educational Establishments

At pesent both companies and schools are signed up to our Support Contracts, and are more than satisfied with our work. Our service has been so reliable and immediate that our schools have asked us to provide a support service for computer suites. This service was started in September 2004, on a 6 month trial basis, and was immediately fully subscribed..
The charges for 2006/2007 are in line with the previous year. We have been able to achieve this by your support into buying the service so keeping charges down.

We offer 3 services to companies & schools, each is on a year's contract running from 1st April to the following 31st March.

Service Licenced Agreement (S.L.A.) This service provides repairs to any electronic equipment that develops faults in the day to day running of the business or school. There is a detailed list on the Services Page...
Portable Appliance Testing (P.A.T.). This service provides a test to ensure that all electrical equipment used by staff and and those under your care are safe.
I.T. Support for the Computer Suite or your Office - A new service born because of a request from our schools who needed more than a repair service for their computers and printers. The options open to schools and companis are listed in the brochure.
Computer Health Checks on a montlhly basis for a year.
Multimedia / Data Projector maintenance contract
